Feature:
Main motor: driven by 3 A.C. motors. 1 for web feeding, 2 for rewind tension control, which automatically increasing toque on the rewind shafts when the finished roll O.D. is getting bigger.
Rewinding Mechanism: using differential friction shaft to ensure that the tension of each roll is the same, which is much better for non-uniform material.
Electricity Device:Control panel with touch screen for setting tension, length, etc... PLC programming system to control the mechanical movements. Self detection system can automatically find out the cause of machine problem.
Top Bridge:material goes through this top bridge before slitting, which is
good for dust prevention and easy for operation.
Jumbo roll lifting up device: assisting in lifting the jumbo to save time
and alleviate labor strength.
Unwind base: unwind base of separeted shaft which is suitable
for big unwinding diameter and can provide enough space for installing
other devices.
Unloading Device:finished rolls are unloaded by connected swing out type unloading stand, which is convenient on core unload.
Optional Parts:
Splice Table:connected flat type with no suction device(12.5 degree).
Hydraulic lifting up device: using this to lift up the jumbo by hydraulic power, which can save manpower and time of loading/uploading jumbo roll.
Trim removing unit :independent tranverse trim winding unit or strong blower for non-adhesive material.
LPC Device:Automatically line positioning control system can be used for the printed material.
